Krish Shah's parents were looking for a Child Care Program which met their needs. They had two concerns - One of course was the quality of the Child Care Program and the second concern was their dietary requirements. They are vegetarians, Fran Lange Harbors' menu and kitchen supervisor for our six sites, met the Shahs and designed a food plan for Krish that met their dietary concerns. Fran has 22 years experience in menu planning and supervising Harbor's six kitchen operations and staff.
The menu is planned by a nutritionist, is peanut and seed free, uses natural ingredients and is tailored to met special dietary needs. The kids eat Their Broccoli!
